Counselling, therapy and psychotherapy are often interchangeable words referring to the process of speaking to a trained professional about your thoughts, feelings and concerns. These issues are reflected within a confidential and empathetic environment, building a safe and non-judgemental space.

Sessions usually last about 50 minutes. The amount of sessions you have and how often you have them will be dependent on your specific needs and circumstances.
